| The owners of Jásdi Wine Cellar manage the best fields of this wine region, areas measuring 15 hectares altogether.
The main ingredient of the leading wine of this wine region, the Olaszrizling (Italian Riesling) is grown on the majority of the land, however, we produce excellent Chardonnay, Szurkebarat (Pinot Gris) and Cserszegi Fűszeres as well.
The wine cellar was built at the end of the 18th century; and in 1849 it became the centre of the family winery of the bishop of Veszprém, János Ranolder. This was the place where the reputation of the wines of Csopak was established.
