This year Koch Winery won one of the most significant professional awards in Hungary.
This title has been granted for the collective achievements of this Hungarian winemaker company, which has been working hard for making Hungarian wines, wine culture and cultured wine consumption popular both inside and outside Hungary, needless to say, with great success.
Koch Winery is located in the Hajós-Baja wine region, on a property rich in nutrients and with good water management. This winery operates vineyards covering more than 100 ha and produces 800 thousand bottles of quality wine per annum.
Their wide range includes “cserszegi fűszeres” and “irsai olivér”, a family of white wines with excellent fragrance, rose made from popular grapes from Hajós and Villány and red wines, mostly cabernet and “kékfrankos”.
